Tony Astle's Christmas Eggnog

This Christmas eggnog is perfect to have on a summer afternoon with some friends and family, or even as gifts

Ingredients

- Two litres of french vanilla ice cream

- 12 whole eggs

- Between half and a whole teaspoon of nutmeg

- One bottle of whisky (good whisky is recommended)

 

Blend it together with an electric mixer - best to do it in two batches.

Serve cold and shortly after making it.

If served later in the day, give it a shake just before pouring.
