One month to go until the Olympic games in Rio, and amidst all the problems and criticism that's dogged Brazil in the run-up to the event, it's easy to forget the athletes who have been working towards this moment for years, if not their whole sporting lives.

And one woman for whom there will be sky-high expections in Rio is US swim sensation, Katie Ledecky.

The 19-year-old sat down to explain why she's not feeling any pressure to defend her Olympic gold medal.
