A call for New Zealand to have a serious talk about social cohesion.

A Koi Tu: The Centre for Informed Futures report says there are early signs of threats to social cohesion.

The independent think tank says Western countries have suffered with a lack of trust between communities and the Government.

Report co-author Sir Peter Gluckman told Mike Yardley the lack of trust has severe consequences.

“People who are low in trust in that sense are more susceptible to conspiracy theories.”
