Two men were stuck on a cleaning platform for 15 minutes as it swayed violently up a 1600 foot tall building in rough winds earlier this week. 

The two men were cleaning windows of the 91st floor of the Shanghai World Financial Centre.

A worker in the building told reporters that some of the facilities located on the ground underneath the swinging platform, including a restaurant, were closed.

The men reportedly escaped with minor injuries.
