Dr Julie Bhosale is a family wellbeing and nutrition expert and an international speaker and author.
She has created an online group called “Dr Julie’s Mum Squad” – run by her, alongside Cara McNaughton – a qualified personal trainer specialising in pre- and postnatal exercise.
Julie’s mission is to change the conversation around family wellbeing and the realities of a woman’s “life after birth”.
