The relationship between stress and sleep is bidirectional—that is, stress can disrupt sleep and sleep loss can increase subsequent stress levels.

Wellbeing expert and naturopath Erin O'Hara joined Francesca Rudkin to discuss the relationship, and some herbal and nutritional support to overcome these issues.
