The Prime Minister has given a time for her Cabinet reshuffle.Â
Jacinda Ardern joined Jamie Mackay for her fortnightly catch-up with The Country host.
Asked if she was still going ahead with the reshuffle, Ardern says it will come at the end of this Parliamentary session - which is next week.Â
"I have said it is not going to be a significant. I am really of the view that you need to give the Ministers a decent amount of time in their portfolio."
She says that being too disruptive can end the momentum within the sector.
Ardern also says that she does not mind it when people use her first name, after a complaint to Mackay for his informal relationship during their last interview.
"People feel like they can use my first name, and if they feel they are able to do that, that's just great," she says, adding that she is comfortable with whatever people choose to do around her name and title.Â
