David Seymour says the Government is delivering on law and order with an 'ACT Party flavour'.

Incoming legislation will ban gang patches in public and give police greater powers to disperse members.

Courts will also be able to issue orders to stop members consorting with each other.

Seymour says ACT would have gone further, but the Government's moving more than it would have if their party wasn't in the coalition.
