Synlait has upped its forecast base milk price by 25 cents for the 23/24 season, bringing it up to $7.25.Â
Richard McIntyre, Chair of Dairy for Federated Farmers, told Mike Hosking that it reflects an upwards trend in the global dairy trade.Â
He said that we’re up by 17% over the last couple of months.Â
