David Seymour says he's pleased with his party's performance in the latest poll.

His ACT Party scored 10 percent in the most recent Newshub Reid-Research poll, and with the National Party on 40 percent the two could form a coalition.

Seymour says he's not going to get ahead of himself because a lot can happen before the election.

But he says it's not looking good for Labour.

Seymour says every day people are complaining about lawlessness, economic mismanagement, and division over the treaty.
