Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears has agreed to step down as her conservator, but won't specify when.

Entertainment correspondent Sean Mandell told Heather du Plessis Allan he is fighting against being removed immediately.

“Jamie is instead leaving it to this unspecified timeline and saying that he is going to work with the courts to try and find a moment that would be appropriate for him to step down.”
