After a week of rumours, Maori TV has released its proposed corporate restructure.

CEO Paora Maxwell says three redundancies have been proposed - with one coming from a senior position and two from "lower level production".

He is flatly rejecting claims which have been floated in the past week, such as moving from the Newmarket headquarters or mass layoffs.

Mr Maxwell says all the conjecture of the past week was inaccurate.
