A teenager has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a 40-year-old man in Invercargill.
Matthew Frederick Coley was admitted to hospital after being assaulted on Saturday morning - he died last night.
A 16 year-old male has today been charged with manslaughter.
He appeared in court and has been remanded in custody to reappear in May.
