Outdoor clothing and camping company Kathmandu's profit is down four and a half percent to 42.2 million dollars.
Chief Operating Officer, Mark Todd says it's a satisfactory overall result given the reduced customer demand experienced during the key selling period in June.
He says there was also a 5.8 million dollar adverse impact of exchange rates.
Online sales grew by over 35 percent at comparable exchange rates and contributed just over five percent of total sales.
Final dividend of nine cents per share will be paid taking the full year payout to 12 cents per share.
