Alliance Group chief executive Willie Wiese says he understands why farmer shareholders are concerned with the red meat co-operative’s request for capital, and he’s ready to talk to them about it.

Alliance has asked its farmers to help raise share capital to ensure it remains 100 per cent farmer-owned in the face of significant financial pressures.
