Good news for those who enjoy a weekend sleep-in.
Research out of Sweden today says the weekend sleep-in is a good idea for those who don't get enough winks in the week.
It suggests those who do, will live as long as those who get 7 hours of sleep in the week consistently.
Member of the World Association of Sleep Medicine Alex Bartle told Larry Williams catch-ups in weekends can be helpful but people shouldn't rely on it.
"Even if you get two completely full nights of sleep on say Friday and Saturday night, you'll never gonna completely restore that sleepiness that you might have developed."
