Fear that rising rates will have some Dunedin residents out of pocket.

They're set to stump up another $18 million over the coming decade to help ensure the Forsyth Barr Stadium's financial stability.

Councillor Lee Vandervis is questioning the way a review into the stadium's operation was conducted.
