A high-risk sex offender, who's admitted breaching release conditions 15 times, will be sentenced today.

51-year-old Darren Albert Jolly's criminal history spans three decades.

It includes 110 convictions for sex with underage girls, fraud, theft, assault and dangerous driving.

While under strict supervision conditions, banning him from going near schools, playgrounds, and parks, he's breached conditions 15 times.

There have been calls for an urgent review of the legal system following Jolly's latest arrest in December, when he cut off his electronic monitoring tag and went on the run.
