Finlayson appointed Queen's Counsel

Related

Attorney General Chris Finlayson has appointed himself a Queen's Counsel.

The title's been brought back after being scrapped by Labour.

Mr Finlayson's new status was announced by the Prime Minister who's described Mr Finlayson was one of the country's finest legal minds.

It's been a good year for Mr Finlayson, who was named the top politician in the Trans-Tasman lineup last week.
