A new survey has revealed waiters are the fittest workers in Australia thanks to the amount of incidental exercise they do everyday.
They take close to 23,000 thousand steps a day, well over the recommended goal of 10, 000 steps.
Nurses, retail staff, farmers and mothers are next on the list.
Office workers and call centre workers are the least fit taking fewer than eight thousand steps a day.
