Bieber and Gomez break-up is 'healthy'

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's recent break-up is said to be very healthy and amicable and they are trying to be mature about the situation according to her close pal Francia Raisa.

The 18-year-old singer and the 20-year-old actress recently called time on their relationship of almost two years and 'The Secret Life of the American Teenager' star Francia Raisa has praised them for their maturity throughout the split.

"(Selena's) great. They're both adults about the situation and they're still friends. It's probably the healthiest breakup I've ever seen in my life and I wish I was that mature when I was her age."

Despite the civil break-up, it was recently claimed that Selena's friends hope her romance with Justin is over for good as she has "shed many tears" over him in the past year.

A friend of Selena's said: "It's been so difficult to watch this unfold over the past year or so. Selena has shed so many tears over Justin.

"She's tried to split up with him so many times but they have always ended up back together.

"It's out in the open now and that is one of the toughest parts, so that means there's more chance it will be permanent this time. But we expect Justin to try to win her back - and he tends to get what he wants."
