What is the cost of a ZB Plus subscription? 

The standard cost of a ZB Plus digital subscription costs $13, charged every four weeks (28 days). Alternatively, you can purchase a full year subscription for $129.

How do I cancel my ZB Plus subscription?  

You can manage your subscription online including cancelling by accessing ‘My Account’ found at the top right of the website. Once in your account, select ‘Subscription’ to manage your subscription.

   

Am I locked into a contract? Or can I cancel whenever?  

You can cancel at any time. Your access will cease at the end of the active paid period, based on your subscription type.  

 

How can I identify paid content on the website?

You will find locked articles on a variety of sections and subjects.  

On the website, look for the ZB Plus tag on the top left corner of the article.

  

Can I subscribe if I’m not in New Zealand?  

Yes, ZB Plus digital subscriptions are available worldwide. You can access 24/7 from anywhere. 

 

How can I update or change my payment details?  

If your credit card has expired or changed, you can update your details by following the steps: 

1. Visit www.newstalkzb.co.nz and sign into your account to manage your subscription
2. At the top right of the website access ‘My Account’ and, go to ‘Subscriptions’
3. Once on the ‘Subscriptions’ page, click on ‘Manage your subscription’
4.  Underneath the Payment Method heading, you will see your credit card details and the expiry date use + payment method to add a new credit card

   

How do I update my email address on the subscription?

Is there a discount if you subscribe for the year?

Can I pay per article?  

No, we currently do not offer a subscription that lets you pay per article. A subscription will give you full access to ZB Plus content  

 

How do I gift a ZB Plus digital subscription?  

The ability to gift a subscription is not yet available.    

 

Can I buy a business/group subscription?  

The ability to purchase a group subscription a subscription is not yet available.    

 

Can I change the email address used for my ZB Plus subscription?  

Yes, you can change your email address. Simply give us a call on 0800 100 888. Our team works Monday to Friday: 6.30am - 4.30pm and Weekends & Public Holidays: 7am – 10am and we will be happy to assist you.   

 

Will ZB Plus be ad-free?  

To enable us to give you the best price possible, we will continue to run ads within the ZB Plus section.

 

How can I request an invoice for my ZB Plus subscription?  

Invoices can be accessed through your ‘My Account’ page once you are logged in. 

Under Invoice History you can download the invoice for each transaction.

 

Can I get a refund on my subscription?  

Subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time. Your access will cease at the end of the active paid period, based on your subscription type. 

 

Can I put my ZB Plus subscription on hold?  

ZB Plus digital subscriptions cannot be put on hold as the content is available to be read from anywhere, at any time.  

 

Do I need to have a subscription to visit www.newstalkzb.co.nz
