Genius!Â
Typographer Harald Geisler from Frankfurt, Germany is turning Albert Einstein's handwriting into digital script.
He has been researching and working on the project with Elizabeth Waterhouse since 2009, and he needs a little help to reach the final stage.
The pair say they were originally inspired when they trialed handwritten writing styles on napkins in a coffee shop, and have been working on it ever since. Â
Geisler has started up a Kickstarter page, and is crowd funding in an attempt to make $15,000 US ($20,037 NZD).Â
The feedback has been extremely supportive, with the project so far gaining $10,289 in donations.Â
Geisler says the project honours Einstein's innovative style of thinking, "which was imaginative, rigorous, and playful."
