Capital Letter: Georgina Campbell on advice Korean government could be upset over canned ferry deal

The government received advice that cancelling Kiwirail's mega ferry deal could affect diplomatic relations with Korea, NZ Herald's Wellington Issues reporter Georgina Campbell says.
