New Zealand’s first post-Covid home grown movie is about to hit cinemas this week!
This Town is a Kiwi movie about love, murder and finding the one – and it’s links to an infamous local crime haven’t gone unnoticed.
Written, directed and stared in by David White, the movie also stars our very own Robyn Malcolm, Rima Te Wiata and new comer Alice May Connolly.
Malcolm has played some of New Zealand’s most endearing characters, including Ellen Crozier on Shortland Street and Cheryl West on Outrageous Fortune. Her character in This Town is no exception.
She joined Francesca Rudkin to discuss making the movie and what can be done to promote local talent more.
