Now two women have created a series of videos to tackle this problem head-on.
Natalie Cutler-Welsh and Cathy Mellett have created the I’m Enough series, designed to raise awareness and provide strategies to help Kiwi kids be more confident and resilient in the digital age.
They joined Francesca Rudkin in studio to discuss what inspired this move and what parents need to know.
