Everyone is vulnerable to unconscious bias, but that doesn't mean you're a bad person, one expert says.

Jennifer Eberhardt is a Stanford University psychology professor, and is also a world expert on unconscious bias.

Her work has looked into the casual racism or bias that is built into our brains, and has found that we all have implicit racial bias, regardless of our own ethnicity.

Eberhardt has released her findings in a new book, Biased.

She joined Francesca Rudkin to discuss the science behind unconscious bias, how it affects us as a society, and what it means for us as a culture.
