A new study has exposed the surprising link between omega-3 fatty acids and reduced depressive symtoms.

The research, taken from British Journal of Nutrition, says that areas with omega-3-rich diets have lower incidents of depression.

Wellness expert Erin O'Hara says fish, flaxseed, chia seeds, soy beans, and walnuts are loaded with omega-3.
