Since it's Father's Day, Erin O'Hara today talked about men's health.
Her Men's Health tips were:Â
- Have regular checkups with your doctor - Regular checkups and screening tests can spot disease early, when it is easiest to treat - heart disease, prostate, colorectal, etcÂ
- Regular ExerciseÂ
- Stress Reduction Â
- Watch your weight Â
- A healthy diet - For heart health and weight management, it’s important to eat foods that are low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt, and added sugars.Â
- Sleep - have at least 7-8 hours per nightÂ
- Don’t smokeÂ
- Drink sensibly - no more than 2 drinks a day and have some alcohol-free days every week.Â
- Nurture your relationshipsÂ
