Social anxiety is starting emerge as people begin to step back into their normal lives.

Wellness experts says moving out of the Covid-19 lockdown could cause issues for some people, as they have adjusted to their own personal bubbles.

Erin O'Hara told Francesca Rudkin this could be a difficult transition for younger children.

"Some people are thriving on being back in the world, and then on the flipside, people are finding it really nerve-wracking, especially that interaction element."
