Wellbeing expert and Golden Yogi owner Erin O'Hara joined Tim Beveridge this week to discuss her 10 simple tips for ​making your diet healthier and helping you to lose weight:

  1. ​Limit snacks
  2. Slow down when eating meals
  3. Don't drink your calories - Limit alcohol & sugary drinks
  4. Drink enough water - Are you thirsty or hungry?
  5. Eat real whole food and avoid "Diet foods"
  6. Eat more greens - lunches and dinner 1/2 a plate of green vegetables.
  7. Cook at home more often and prepare your lunches
  8. Increase your physical activity
  9. Get enough sleep
  10. Eat from smaller plates​
