A recruit company founder believes Covid-19 will bring systemic change to ways of work.

Clare Russell started RecruitMum, which pushes for parents to have flexible or part time roles.

She says there was growing desire for different ways of working for young parents long before the pandemic.

Russell told Francesca Rudkin Covid-19 has opened many employers up to thinking about changing how their staff work.

"Now we have the ability to use technology, Zoom videos, Microsoft Teams, that all enable us to be engaged and to use that technology smartly to work differently."
