Mike van de Elzen has released a new cookbook that highlights something he is very passionate about: getting kids to cook.

The celebrated chef has launched ‘The Good From Scratch Kids Cookbook’, aiming to get kids to cook and eat in a healthy fashion.

He is about to go on a national tour to encourage kids to get involved.

He joined Kerre McIvor to talk about the importance of getting kids into the kitchen.
