Govt axing of scholarship a 'lost opportunity' for poor communities

The Government's scrapping of a scholarship scheme started by the National government in 2009 to support disadvantaged teenagers into private high schools has been met with dismay by some advocates of the program such as Northland Doctor Lance O'Sullivan.
