Employers fear high staff turner with a study revealing they expect more than one in 10 workers will quit their job this year.

The study, conducted by recruitment firm Robert Half found bosses expect 13 percent or around 340,000 workers to change jobs this year.

58 percent said they had seen an increase in staff turnover in the last three years with 51 percent expecting it to increase even further in the next year.
