Last weekend saw the Northern League football tournament get underway for 2026. 

Auckland City started strong, claiming victory over their rivals Western Springs, 3-0, and are back in action this afternoon as they take on the Eastern Suburbs at home.  

Mario Ilich is captain of the side, and joined D’Arcy for a chat.
