The Wellington Phoenix say they are considering a judicial review after the club was denied a place in the new Oceania Professional League.

The venture, which is being backed by millions of dollars from FIFA, is set to kickoff in January and run until May, with Auckland FC and Christchurch United filling the two available spots.
