Fullback Reece Walsh will suit up for the Warriors for Sunday's NRL match against the Sharks, after returning from a hamstring injury.

The 18-year-old reclaims the number one jersey, shifting captain Roger Tuivasa-Sheck to the wing and Edward Kosi to the bench.

Brisbane import Matt Lodge gets his first start at prop while Kodi Nikorima slots back into the halves in place of Chad Townsend.

Loose forward Jazz Tevaga replaces the injured Tohu Harris and Rocco Berry swaps with Adam Pompey at centre.

Warriors assistant coach Craig Hodges told D'Arcy Waldegrave more changes could be on the way.

"I don't know what they'll be at this stage because it'll depend how guys pull up over the next day or two.

"I know in training it was a bit of a warzone, there was plenty of guys who couldn't do a lot. Hopefully a lot of those guys progress really well."
