New Zealanders should be wearing masks while flying domestically during level 2 to keep the risk of a coronavirus outbreak minimum.

Domestic flights have resumed under level 2, with airlines undertaking social distancing regulations and handing out voluntary face masks.

He says that also includes public transport, and confined indoor public spaces.
