Wellbeing could be defined in at least one of 3 ways:
- Feeling good, happy, satisfied with life (sometimes called hedonic wellbeing)
- Having meaning & purpose in life, leading a fulfilling life, accepting who you are (eudaimonic wellbeing)
- Leading a life full of rich & varied experiences – doesn’t mean you will necessarily feel positive in the moment but leads to longer term broader view of life incorporating different perspectives
