19 July 2020: While working his way up through top restaurants in Melbourne, London and then onto super yachts, Chef Nathan Ward saw that sometimes kitchen workers weren’t being treated as well as they could be in the kitchen. He talks with Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald about challenging the food industry to be a little more considerate of hospitality staff.
