29 May 2022: Meg Marshall grew up in a challenging childhood environment with a mother with mental health issues. Subsequently she was sent to a behavioural school where she was sexually and physically abused at age twelve.

She’d kept these experiences to herself until, in 2010, she was contacted by a detective investigating wider complaints at the school.

She shares with Hamish Williams and mental health therapist Anna Elders about revisiting childhood trauma as an adult and how she’s learnt to see what happened to her, as something that she experienced, but not something that defines her worth.
