He and psychologist Ingo Lambrecht talk about the mental and emotional effects of the escalating global situation. They take calls on how people are looking after themselves and their mental health as nation-wide lockdown looms. Callers suggest isolation activities including music playlists, online learning, DIY projects, gratitude photography, adult colouring books, knitting, jigsaw puzzles, and creating a "slob-room”.
