28 November 2021: Resilience is the ability to mentally or emotionally cope with a crisis, or return to pre-crisis status quickly. It’s a set of mental processes, and behaviours that enable us to promote personal assets in protecting ourself from the potential negative effect of stressors.
Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald talk about how we can strengthen and grow our resilience so we’re better able to face challenges as they meet us through life.
