18 September 2022: At 33, with her five-year-old son at home, Brenda Cheyne was pack raped during a home invasion. Brenda shares how the rage, anger, grief and sadness associated with the event adversely impacted her life for the next 20 years, and how she eventually found healthy ways to channel the trauma.

She speaks with Hamish Williams and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald on finding the courage and bravery to speak up after rape, and helping other women to do the same.
