Dr Riley Elliott is one of this country’s most renowned Shark scientists.  

Known as Shark Man, he’s back on our screens with a new show called Shark Academy, where he and his crack team of instructors put 8 rookies though a series of tests to find the next master of apex predators. It’s streaming now on ThreeNow.
