VIDEO: Little pledges free tertiary education

Labour leader Andrew Little joined Mike Hosking in studio, pledging that if his party gets back into government they will phase in three years of free tertiary education over a 9 year period.

Little and Hosking also discuss Labour's position on the TPPA, and whether Labour's position is a betrayal of their traditional stance as a party of trade.
