Josh Emett is one of the ones who tapped into the lucrative celebrity chef market.

He started his career under the tutelage of Gordan Ramsay, and quickly became a successful restaurateur in his own right.

He became a household name after he joined MasterChef.

Now, he's got a new cookbook out, simply titled The Recipe, with the likes of Ramsay, Rick Stein, and Marco Pierre White all contributing their own dishes.

He joined Mike Hosking in studio to discuss the book’s inspiration, how MasterChef changed him, and how he got all those big names on board.
