At the end of each week, Mike Hosking takes you through the big ticket items and lets you know what he makes of it all.

Level Two.

8/10.

"This has been the best week in ages.

A weekend out, going where you want to go, and not where you are told to go.

Shops, cafes, bars, choice, the sense of real freedom, and the chance of a rebuild."

Advice for Level Two.

2/10.

"What condescending nonsense.

Stories on how anxious we are, and stories with tips on how to drive, in case we forgot how to drive.

It was level four, not Rip Van Winkle."

Simon Bridges.

2/10.

"What a miserable week.

And an even worse weekend."

Todd Muller.

3/10.

"I'm sure, like all those that engineer spills, he thinks he's done it for the right reasons.

But talk about timing."

More Public Holidays.

7/10.

"Who doesn’t want more public holidays?"

Winston Peters.

6/10.

"He doesn’t want that extra holiday.

We always forget someone pays, there is no free lunch.

And this plays nicely for him and his "I need to distance myself from Labour" game.

Fraser Whineray.

9/10.

"In a parting shot from the Prime Minister's Business Advisory Council backed up what we've said for over a month, Australia have done this better than us.

If Jacinda Ardern had any integrity given it's her invention and her committee, she'd at least acknowledge it."

Auckland's Water Restrictions.

0/10.

"Ineptitude leading to potential job losses and more commercial pain.

And all because they’ve sat on their hands for seven years."

The Warriors.

7/10.

"They're out of isolation, they’ve got a draw, but it seems no players.

How do so many get so many injuries when half the time there wasn’t even any contact?

And how bad would it be if Gallen and co come out of retirement, play, and we win?
