Jacinda Ardern has topped a new list of the world's most eloquent leaders.
Britain's Development Academy has given our Prime Minister the top ranking, after analysing more than 100 hours of footage of public appearances from the last 12 months.
It says Ardern challenges the common perception that emotional communication shows weakness, and approaches the public with a softer touch.
The academy says she has a measured and authoritative sincerity.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon round out the top five.
Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison comes in at number 10, while Donald Trump and Boris Johnson don't make the list.
Mike Hosking is joined by Tim Wilson and Kate Hawkesby to discuss this, along with the other issues making news this week.
